CUSTOMER CARE

It is very important to us that you get the care and attention you need to succeed on your plant journey! Please feel free at any time to text, email, call, visit us in the shop, or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram if you need any help! Please remember we are a very small group of people doing our best to help you and kind language is always appreciated!

IN STORE PURCHASES

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of material goods in resellable condition within 14 days of purchase! Please provide a receipt number and or the last 4 digits of the card used to make the purchase to look up your transaction. Please allow up to 5 business days for the bank to process your refund.

Sale and holiday purchases are final.

Plants may be returned same day for a full refund.
Plants that die within 7 days of purchase in store will be replaced at no cost. If replacement plant dies we are not able to offer a second replacement.

CLASS & PRIVATE EVENTS

Class registrations that are transferred or cancelled more than 24 hours before the date and time of the class are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no shows are non refundable.

Most classes have a 4 person registration minimum; we reserve the right to cancel a class in the event of low registration, unexpected instructor illness, or issue with our facility. Classes that we cancel will be given as much notice as possible – you will be notified no later than 3 hours prior to the event start time. Registrations will be notified via email or phone call and transferred to the next available class date, or (in the case that there isn’t one) will be given a full refund. If the rescheduled date does not accommodate your schedule you may cancel your booking at any time through the Verlocal portal or by calling the store.

For private event cancellations or transfers, we require a minimum of 2 weeks written notice. Booking and Banquet permit fees are nonrefundable. Class fees and deposits paid up front will be fully refunded with 2 or more weeks notice. Cancellations within 2 weeks will be subject to full class fees for minimum participants and a 30% material restocking fee.

ACCESSIBILITY / PARKING

Our shop is wheelchair and handicap accessible.
We have street parking in front of the shop and within walking distance downtown. In the event that parking is scarce the City Center parking garage is 1.5 blocks away, enter on S 2nd St between Burnett Ave S and Logan Ave S.
